  @CoxHelp The app will show service is fine, I'll be told there are "no known issues in the area" (sound familiar?), then some time after I try to report the outage Cox will *finally* realize & admit there's a problem. It's been this way since Cox began service in Baton Rouge. Not good.

  @CoxHelp Another cox rep got it sorted much quicker, wish there was a way to send a tip for good service since the first one on the phone would do 20+ minute holds and argued with the in store rep.
