Suarez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Friday's 10-9 loss to the Dodgers.

Carroll went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, a walk, a stolen base and two total runs scored in Friday's 10-9 loss to the Dodgers.

Zac Gallen ARI SP
Diamondbacks' Zac Gallen: Yields five runs in loss
2h ago
Gallen allowed five runs on six hits and two walks while striking out seven over five innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Friday.
Gallen once again followed a strong start -- a six-inning scoreless outing versus the Red Sox last Saturday -- with a dud, though the Dodgers are a fair opponent for any pitcher to struggle with. Over eight starts since the All-Star break, Gallen has allowed 19 runs across 44.1 innings, with 17 of those runs coming across four of the starts. The right-hander is now at a 3.87 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 118:43 K:BB through 121 innings over 23 starts this year. He's never walked 50 batters in a season, but it appears inevitable he will this year since he's issued multiple walks in seven of his last eight starts. Gallen is projected to make his next start at San Francisco.

Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Sets major-league milestone
2h ago
Ohtani went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, a stolen base and two total runs scored in Friday's 10-9 win over the Diamondbacks.
Ohtani's latest starring performance saw him reach 43 homers and 43 steals, making him the first player in major-league history to reach both marks in the same season. After a bumpy start to August, Ohtani has come on strong by hitting safely in 10 of the last 12 games. In that span, he's gone 16-for-49 (.327) with six homers, 10 RBI and eight steals. He's up to a .294/.379/.620 slash line while adding 96 RBI, 106 runs scored, 30 doubles and six triples through 132 contests this year. After Friday, the Dodgers have 27 games left for Ohtani to take a run at becoming the first member of the 50-50 club.
