Hi all,
I have recently purchased a Yealink T57w (not 54w in the title oops!) to use as a router phone. I have had this working sucsessfully. We recently switched broadband providers and changed router etc.. and the internet connection is all online and working, however this T57w will not register with 3CX cloud.
I have re-provisioned it and upgraded the firmware to the latest version however still no luck. I'm not sure if the phones been blacklisted - or how to tell if it has / unblacklist it.
Oddly the device shows green under the router phone section (on voice and chat tab)
But in the extensions field it shows as this
On the actual phones web GUI it just says registering followed by this:
Oddly, the other phone T33G is working fine, behind the T57W router phone. But the T75w won't work itself.
Thanks
Matt

Hello, I have had the same problem since last week with all my Yealink SBC customers. It seems that there is a connection with the access provider but for the moment I have not found it and neither has the provider. I can get it to work behind an LTE connection but not over optical fiber although it worked before

Very frustrating. I've unregistered the phone for now. Going to have to leave it 24 hours to see if it is a blacklisting issue - really annoying you can't go in an remove an IP from a blacklist.....

You can if you pay for a Pro license.

Oh interesting that you can on a pro license. I would just like to get the thing actually working (like it was before!) We are only a small company with 8 employees so we don't need extra extensions.... I'll wait it out for now.... if it still doesn't work then I'll have to have a look at it...

Pro offers much more then just having unlimited extensions.

Have you tried a factory reset of your phone?
Event logs?

Yeah factory reset the phone, re-provisioned a couple of times. Updated to the latest firmware 96.86.0.81 (had that issue before). But it's had a few attempts now so it's probably blacklisted it again

You'll only get blacklisted if the credentials were wrong. If you delete the phone from the ext and add it again, what is output in the event logs?

This is the event log after I reprovision it....
Yet it's still red in the users section and the device itself says no service...

tbf if you were blacklisted you wouldnt be able to log in to the admin console.
Have you checked your router to see if it's doing any SIP ALG?

Yes SIP ALG will break things.
It sounds dumb but check your phone is set to use itself as its SBC.

My IP is definitely blacklisted now, I can't get into the admin portal. So will leave until Monday. I'm using a TPLink ER7206 as my router, anyone aware of any odd settings that may be enabled by default on these that could cause issues? I've turned off SIP ALG. Thanks

Ensure there's nothing that is trying to log in and failing...a phone, app, web client, etc. You might unplug the phones for example, then factory reset them.

So after leaving all the phones unplugged for the weekend, it's all provisioned and working now! Must have been a blacklisted IP. I've turned of SIP ALG too - thanks for your help guys.
